All online orders must meet a minimum value of R500 before checkout. Orders below this amount will not process.

All orders are processed once full payment is received. Prices listed on the website are final unless promotional offers apply. Payments made via our secure payment gateway are verified before dispatch.

We currently deliver within Gauteng, including the following zones:

We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and allergens. Always check labels upon delivery. Products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in colour or texture.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided where applicable. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, depending on product availability.
Delivery times vary depending on your location; rural/outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Motswako Ezee Vegan is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations are only accepted before an order is prepared or dispatched.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients and allergen information.
Motswako Ezee Vegan is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

All personal information is protected under the POPIA Act.
Your data is used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and delivery.
